30-Day Money-Back Refund to Original Method No Cancellation Fees

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for products and services purchased from LyfHost, the web hosting and domain division of Lyfsoft Technologies. We believe great hosting should sell itself, so we make leaving as painless as joining. By purchasing any service from us, you agree to the terms set out below, alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your hosting in the first 30 days, simply let us know and we will refund your hosting fee in full, with no awkward questions and no retention games. The guarantee is designed so you can try our network, control panel and support with zero financial risk.

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases of the following products:

  • Web Hosting: Starter, Business and Pro plans
  • WordPress Hosting: WP Start, WP Business and WP Agency plans

The 30-day window begins on the date your order is activated. If you cancel within this window, you receive a full refund of the hosting plan fee paid for the initial term.

2. Products That Are Non-Refundable

Some products carry hard third-party or setup costs that we cannot recover once they are issued or provisioned. To keep our guarantee genuine for everyone else, the following are non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations, renewals and transfers. Domains are registered with the registry the moment you order, and that registration is final. The domain remains yours for the full registered term.
  • SSL certificates. Paid Wildcard and Business (OV/EV) certificates are issued by the certificate authority and cannot be refunded once issued.
  • Add-ons and one-time services, such as dedicated IPs, additional backups, licenses, management upgrades, malware-removal jobs and similar extras.
  • Any plan cancelled after 30 days. Renewals and requests made after the initial 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.

If your order bundles a free domain with a hosting plan and you request a hosting refund, the standard registration cost of that domain (at our published price) will be deducted from your refund, since the domain stays registered to you.

3. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is quick. Just follow these steps:

  • Step 1, reach out. Open a ticket from your client area or email support@lyfhost.in with the subject line "Refund Request".
  • Step 2, share your details. Include your registered email, invoice or order number, and the service you would like refunded.
  • Step 3, tell us why (optional). Feedback is welcome and helps us improve, but it is never required to receive your refund.
  • Step 4, confirmation. Our team verifies eligibility and confirms your refund, usually within one business day.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, we process it to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. The exact time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank, card network or payment provider:

  • UPI & net banking: typically 3 to 7 business days after processing
  • Credit & debit cards: typically 5 to 10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: usually within 3 to 5 business days after processing

Refunds are always returned to the source account used for the original purchase. We are unable to redirect refunds to a different card, account or payment method. All refunds are issued in Indian Rupees (₹); any currency-conversion differences applied by your bank are outside our control.

5. Pro-Rata Credits & Cancellations

You can cancel any service at any time directly from your LyfHost client area. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in contracts.

  • Within 30 days (eligible plans): you receive a full refund of the plan fee under the money-back guarantee.
  • After 30 days: the plan is not refundable, but you keep full access to your service until the end of the period you have already paid for. We will not charge you again once auto-renewal is turned off.
  • Annual plans cancelled after 30 days: these are generally non-refundable. As a goodwill gesture, our team can review eligible cases for a pro-rata account credit (applied to future LyfHost invoices) at our discretion. Domain, SSL, license and setup costs are always excluded.

To avoid an automatic renewal charge, please disable auto-renew or cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

6. Chargebacks

If you have any billing concern, please contact us first, as we resolve the vast majority of issues within a day. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us is treated as a breach of our Terms of Service.

When a chargeback is opened, the associated account and all services within it may be suspended immediately to protect against fraud, and any free domains, SSL or credits issued with the order may be revoked. We keep detailed transaction and access logs and will contest fraudulent or invalid disputes. We would always rather sort things out directly and amicably, so please reach out before disputing a charge.

7. Abuse & Policy Violations

The money-back guarantee covers genuine customers evaluating our service. Refunds may be declined where an account has violated our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service, for example through spam, fraudulent activity, resource abuse, or hosting prohibited content. The guarantee is also intended to be used once per customer and is not available for repeated sign-up-and-refund cycles.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, payment partners or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and the policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
